Hall Booking

Costs

The costs of hiring the Hall are :

Children’s Party £ 35
Evening Party using bar £135
Wedding Receptions / 18th /21st birthday parties £175
Other events details on request

Once the Hall has been booked, hirers will be allowed to go in on the day to set up for their event.

After your event, we ask that all tables and chairs used are returned to the bar area and the Hall floor swept clean. The heating, if used, should be turned off. All windows should be checked to make sure they are closed and secure as should the two fire exit doors. All lights should be turned off.

A copy of Conditions of Use will be given to everyone who hires the Hall.

Extension

There will be a public meeting shortly to decide which version of extension is required and to acquaint the public with what we are doing. Once a decision has been reached, the plans will be sent off for Planning Permission. Money to pay for the extension is being sourced from grants and charitable donations. The aim is to have the extension completed by Christmas 2010.
